My suggestion for this month is

  "Hidden Potential-The Science of Achieving Greater Things" by Adam Grant

Grant is an organizational psychologist.  He has written several book and has a podcast titled Re:Thinking.  This current book is about what stands in the way of a person reaching their potential.  What procrastination really means and how we trump it all to get better at something or produce something worthwhile. It has helped me, even in the first few pages understand why I procrastinate the way I do and how to look at achievement through a lens of imperfection instead of failure and perfection.  It is a fascinating read, that is filled with research but written in a way that makes it very accessible and relatable.
